MATERIALS
Our deep foundation materials are engineered to ensure structural integrity, durability, and optimal performance under demanding geotechnical conditions. We offer a comprehensive range of high-quality components, including steel, concrete, and composite materials, designed to meet international standards and project-specific requirements. Each material is carefully selected to provide resistance to corrosion, load efficiency, and long-term reliability in diverse soil environments.
Tablestacadas laminadas en caliente
(Hot rolled sheet piles)

Tablestacas formadas en frío y chapas de zanja (Cold formed and trench sheets)
High-strength structural elements used for deep foundations, retaining walls, and earth or water containment. Manufactured by hot rolling, they offer excellent interlock performance, durability, and high resistance to driving and bending stresses. Suitable for permanent or temporary applications in marine, hydraulic, and geotechnical works.
Common series: HRZ, FL, PZ Y PZC.
They are distinguished by their structural durability in marine environments or docks.
Tablestacadas formadas en frío
(cold rolled sheet piles)
Cold rolled sheet piles are manufactured by forming steel coils at ambient temperature. They are an efficient and cost-effective solution for projects with optimized budgets.
Available in a wide range of profiles (Z, EZ, XZ, DZ, JZ series)
they allow greater coverage with reduced steel weight, offering flexibility in design and material optimization for retaining structures and earth support systems.
Cold formed sheet piles are lighter and thinner structural profiles designed for efficient and economical earth retention systems.
T-series trench sheets are specifically developed for trench shoring and the protection of personnel in utility excavations such as water, gas, and drainage works.
Aluminum trench sheets are used in highly corrosive environments where steel performance is limited or where very low weight is required for manual installation.

Pilotes tubo de acero (Steel pipe piles)
They are commonly manufactured using different welding processes, including LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded), SSAW (Spiral Submerged Arc Welded), and ERW (Electric Resistance Welded), which influence their structural performance, resistance, and cost. These piles are widely used in deep foundation systems for bridges, ports, and heavy industrial structures.

Paredes combinadas (Pipe and H-Pile combination walss)
When standard sheet piles are not sufficient to resist high soil or water pressures, combined wall systems are used. These systems consist of primary structural elements such as large diameter steel tubes or H-beams, connected with lighter sheet piles acting as intermediate infill elements. This configuration provides significantly increased stiffness and load-bearing capacity, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications such as deep-water ports, quay walls, and large-scale marine infrastructure.

Sistemas de tirantes (Tie Rod systems)
Tie rod systems are anchoring solutions designed to stabilize retaining walls and prevent forward displacement or overturning. They consist of high-strength steel rods, waling channels for load distribution, and connection elements that transfer forces from the sheet pile wall to a rear anchorage system, such as a concrete deadman block or an embedded retaining structure. These systems ensure structural stability and efficient load transfer in deep excavation and marine applications.

Sistemas de apuntalamiento (Strutting Systenm)
Selladores de estanqueidad (Watertightness Sealants)
Strutting systems are internal support solutions used to stabilize excavation walls by transferring loads through horizontal or inclined members. Unlike tie rod systems, which rely on external anchorage, struts are installed within the excavation, making them ideal for urban environments where external ground access is limited or not permitted. These systems provide safe and efficient temporary support for deep excavations in building and infrastructure project
These are chemical or mechanical sealing solutions applied to sheet pile interlocks prior to installation. Their function is to ensure complete watertightness, preventing any water infiltration through the joints. They are essential in critical applications such as tunnels, basements, and structures located below the groundwater table.
